In the 21st century, your teams may not be on the same floor, in the same building or even in the same country. And your clients are probably increasingly global too.
​
Understanding how to work remotely and succeed across cultures is a key skill for modern leaders.
 
In this workshop, participants will explore how best to influence and connect with others when they are not meeting face-to-face. They’ll look at which approaches work best and why.
 
They will also explore how they can adjust their communication style and behaviour depending on the cultural background of the people they are working with.
