COLLABORATING ACROSS BOUNDARIES

Building strong relationships with clients,
colleagues and key stakeholders

8-24 participants
1 day
The most important challenges we face today are interdependent. They can only be solved by collaborating across vertical, horizontal, stakeholder, demographic and geographic boundaries.

Collaborative skills and behaviours can be developed. They involve paying attention to the context, ourselves, others and the collaborative space in-between.

This workshop helps mid-level leaders across your organisation, or intact teams, to use a collaboration model to solve real business challenges, and dig deeper on those skills that need more work.

What will your leaders be able to do?

Create new interdependent ways of working together through:
  • appreciating the interdependent nature of corporate initiatives and challenges
  • respecting and understanding different perspectives
  • developing skills behaviours that enhance collaboration

What will they work on together?
