One and a half days
The better we understand what others think and feel, the more we’ll be able to influence them.

We can’t “read people’s minds”. But we can observe, listen and ask powerful questions to understand their point of view. This way we can engage in meaningful conversations that generate a sense of ownership in others.

Participants will explore emotional intelligence as a powerful tool to build empathy and create trusting relationships. They’ll discover their preferred influencing style. And they’ll learn how to adapt their style to suit different stakeholders.

Participants will work on their own key strategic initiative during the course. They’ll build an influencing strategy and practice having meaningful conversations. So, they’ll be able to implement this strategy when they return to their work.
