A team leader’s success and effectiveness largely depends on their ability to guide other people’s work. This is particularly challenging during uncertain times, or when they are leading matrixed, virtual or remote teams.

Participants will explore the normal stages agile teams go through as they work together. And they’ll examine the key factors that help teams achieve high performance in turbulent times.

Increasingly, global teams are working remotely and within matrixed structures. So, participants will investigate how they can enable their remote teams to collaborate more effectively across borders and cultural boundaries.

Finally, participants will create an action plan for their own teams, using all their new concepts and tools.
