One and a half days
There is no single recipe for success when it comes to leadership. It’s much more effective to find our own authentic way of leading others. What are we really good at? What behaviours do we have to watch out for, so we don’t derail ourselves and others? How did we come to be the leader we are today? What do we really care about? What type of leaders do we want to be? And how can we communicate authentically with others so they choose to follow us?

Your leaders will explore these questions through stimulating activities and discussions that will uncover the type of leader they want to be. They will leave the session with a better understanding of themselves, and concrete actions that will help them connect authentically with others.
