A vision gives your employees a sense of direction. It's like the "north star" that guides everyday actions. 

Your vision and organisational values which define how people should behave are the basis of your company's culture, or "how we do things around here".

This workshop uses creative techniques to explore your company's vision, the values that all employees should live by and its corporate culture.

It helps employees or intact teams define their own vision, and their own version of the culture and values within the larger organisation. It also brings together new teams after integrations, mergers and culture change programmes.
