In everyday situations a conflict often manifests as a struggle or a clash of interest, opinion, values or principles.  

This workshop helps participants understand what conflict is, when it is useful, and when it is not. They will learn tools and techniques to help them gain confidence in handling conflict.

By recognising how their behaviours impact the outcome of conflict situations, participants will explore flexing their approach to leverage or resolve conflict.
