Emotional intelligence is our ability to understand emotions in self and others, and to process and adapt our emotions to guide effective thinking and meaningful behaviour.

Participants will develop a deeper level of self-awareness by exploring how their personality traits relate to their emotional intelligence, fears and values.  

This exploration will enable them to be flexible in how they relate to their emotions, responding with agility to opportunities and challenges.
