Understanding ourselves and how we see the world and others is foundational to being a good leader.

Participants will identify their strengths and how to harness them. They will also explore how their personalities change under pressure and what they can do to manage this.

Familiarising themselves with fellow participants (or team members), they will recognise both shared and distinct qualities, empowering collaborative and productive interactions.
