Our careers are no longer linear. They are much more than just a sequence of jobs through a corporate hierarchy. They constantly evolve as we make sense of our experiences and opportunities.

Participants will explore how their strengths, values, interests and previous jobs have shaped the person they are and the career they have today. They’ll also examine their face-to-face and online reputations. And they’ll consider how their reputations have been formed and what they can do to shape them.

Participants will understand how their careers have emerged throughout their lives, what matters to them and how they are seen by others. They’ll be in a much better position to take control of their destinies and maximise their contribution to their organisations.

  • Identifying and making the most of their strengths
  • Making career decisions aligned to their values and interests
